Data Deletion Request
This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from Parker. If you arrived here from Facebook or Instagram, this page also serves as the Data Deletion Request URL required by Meta's platform policies for both Facebook and Instagram.
What We Store
- Facebook user access tokens and related metadata
- Facebook Page long-lived tokens (if granted)
- Instagram account link: if you connected your Instagram account to Parker's "Save from Instagram" feature, the association between your Instagram account (your username and Instagram-scoped user ID) and your Parker account
- Content saved from Instagram Direct Messages: the ideas, captions, and media you sent to @heyparkerdotai to save to your swipe file
- Operational sync logs for debugging/audit
How to Request Deletion
- If you are signed in to Parker, you can disconnect Facebook in-app and request deletion via support.
- If you use the "Save from Instagram" feature, you can unlink your Instagram account at any time from Parker's Settings or the swipe-file connection panel. Unlinking removes the association and stops future Direct Messages from being saved; to also delete already-saved content, request account deletion below.

What Happens Next
- Your data deletion request has been logged and acknowledged.
- For development/testing purposes, data is not automatically deleted but your request is recorded.
- Contact our support team at privacy@heyparker.ai if you need immediate data removal.

Your data deletion request has been successfully received and logged.
Status: Acknowledged (200 OK)
If you reached this page through Facebook's deauthorization flow, your request has been acknowledged. For actual data deletion in production, please contact our support team.
